Sales and delivery terms

The following sales and delivery terms apply, unless otherwise agreed in wrting.

Force majeure
All orders received are subject to force majeure. Strike or lock out, damages caused by fire or water, machine and power failure, national or international acts of war, missing raw material or similar delivery issues entitle us to reject orders completely or partially or postpone delivery.

Price
All prices stated are set provided that cost prices and other costs remain unchanged. All orders are delivered at the prices, applicable on the date of delivery.

Offer
All offers are non-binding and subject to price increase and changed delivery options. Offers are valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment
Full payment within 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Interest
We reserve the right to charge late payment interest according to the applicable law in case of late payment.

Ownership
The delivered goods remain property of Milford until receipt of full payment.

Quantity
We reserve the right to make smaller adjustments according to our package sizes for goods in inventories. Goods, not in inventories are only delivered in quantities, corresponding to the package size.

Delivery date
No compensation paid for economic loss in terms of delayed delivery. Delayed delivery or incorrect delivery does not entitle the purchaser to cancel the deal.

Delivery
All prices are ex. works Værløse unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Return service
Only catalogue goods are returnable within 30 days upon prior agreement with the Milford customer service. Credit notes with 20% return deduction only if goods are returned in undamaged and unopened original package and with delivery note. The packaging must not be labelled or in any way damaged by the customer. Other or customised goods cannot be returned.

Limit of liability
To the extent that Milford is liable to the customer, Milford's liability is limited to direct loss and does not include consequential damages as loss of earnings, transport, operating loss, installation etc. Milford cannot be held liable for possible loss, in the wake of legal relations between the purchaser and third parties, or for claims from third parties towards the purchaser.

Guarantee
Guarantee is provided according to the applicable law.

Claims

All claims must be made within 30 days after receipt of the goods. Goods can be returned upon prior agreement with the Milford customer service and only if goods are packed properly, and accompanied by the delivery note.
